Contacting us:

  • E-mail notices or notices on the Edfa3ly/Yashry Facebook Pages will be the primary method by which we will communicate. We will send notices and any other pertinent information to you at the e-mail address you supply when you open your Edfa3ly/Yashry account or have subsequently updated. You can send notices or other communications to Edfa3ly/Yashry using the e-mail, or Phone or links on the Contact us page.


Information about us:

  • Edfa3ly/Yashry provides services enabling you to shop online from sellers' websites in another country and have products delivered to you

  • Edfa3ly/Yashry does not sell the products to you. You are solely responsible for selecting and ordering the products from the seller.


Your account and registration:

  • Edfa3ly/Yashry has the right to request customer’s national ID when needed .

  • You must register your account with the same name shown on your National ID to avoid any issues at clearance.

  • Once requested, your national ID should be uploaded on your personal account on our website to your personal account to avoid any delays.

  • If ID is not uploaded, Edfa3ly/Yashry.com is not responsible for any delay.

  • Your national ID must be valid when uploaded.

  • Customers can only own one registered account and Edfa3ly/Yashry.com has the right to suspend any user with multiple accounts.

  • Edfa3ly/Yashry.com has the right to ask for verification through the phone, email or at the front office to verify the account holder.


Placing your order:

  • You are responsible of reading product listing carefully to make sure products that arrive match the seller’s description. (E.g. making sure your electronic product’s voltage matches your country’s voltage system.) Edfa3ly/Yashry.com is not responsible of returning any items that match the seller’s product description.

  • Edfa3ly/Yashry guarantees to deliver the items in the same condition stated by the shipper.

  • All Facebook page (facebook.com/Edfa3ly - facebook.com/YashryEG) calculations/quotations or any other means that are affiliated with us are just estimates.

  • You are responsible of filling in your order’s specifications accurately as written on the seller’s listing such as your product’s color, size or model to avoid any delays in the review process.

  • Edfa3ly.com is responsible of delivering the product with the exact specifications you have set on the date you have ordered.

  • The maximum number of items you can place in your cart per order is 30.

  • Coupons/offers may not combine with any other offers/coupons. Coupons are not redeemable for cash and are valid for one time & one purchase only.


Review & Purchasing:

  • Quantity limitations may change according to authorities or custom regulations.

  • Products that need NTRA or Ministry of Health approval such as mobile phones, supplements or Bluetooth devices are limited to 2 per year per user.

  • Categories and tariffs are set according to custom regulations & authorities.

  • Domestic shipping fees & rates are charged by the seller, Edfa3ly.com has nothing to do with this. It’s mandatory and cannot be neglected.

  • If you are ordering a car/motorcycle spare part, your driving license may be requested.

  • The price you are notified with during the review process is not the final price.

  • You can cancel your item before you pay for it, once you pay, it may be available for cancellation or not depending on the purchasing process, and once it is purchased you cannot cancel it.

  • Final cost orders cannot be reweighted when they reach our office in Egypt.

  • Edfa3ly does not guarantee delivering the gifts/samples your order may includes on the seller website.
  • Reviewing your order will be within one business day and It will be purchased within two business days from the processing date.

 

Shipping, Clearance & Storage:

  • Edfa3ly’s service level starts from when the shipment arrives at the U.S warehouse and is not responsible for any delay from the seller’s side.

  • International shipping fees are calculated once your order arrives and is weighed. (You are charged according to the gross weight.)

  • Weight mentioned on the seller’s site is an approximation and may not be exact.

  • Some categories such as Makeup/Supplements/Mobiles/Tablets/Bluetooth devices might face a delay at clearance and so their service level may vary.

  • Edfa3ly/Yashry will not accept any liability for the loss, damage, delayed delivery or custom clearance for any prohibited items or even refund the invoice back and The sender of such items will be held liable in such cases (E.g.: Weapons).

  • We will store packages for you, free of charge, for a period of up to 20 days from the date your order is ready to be delivered. Any package for which you have not given us shipping instructions by the end of a total of 20 days will be deemed abandoned, and we may dispose of it in any manner permitted by law. 

  • Some products may arrive opened/unsealed due to customs clearance and checking process, In such a case, Edfa3ly/Yashry will not be able to refund or return those products.

Sizing:

  • General Size charts may give approximate values and measurements, therefore your product(s) sizing may not match the measurements mentioned on the chart.

  • Chinese clothes usually come with a Chinese size tags that displays larger sizes, after referring to the size guide, if proven right, the product(s) will not be cancelled.


Returns & Refunds:

  • We do NOT handle communications with sellers regarding product exchanges. That is your responsibility. We will, upon your request, arrange for the return delivery of item(s) ordered from the seller. Applicable return charges will apply (for certain fees for each half kilogram)

  • Edfa3ly/Yashry.com does not guarantee wrong fitting.

  • Edfa3ly/Yashry.com does not provide item condition checking at our US warehouse.

  • Edfa3ly/Yashry.com ONLY guarantees defects caused by shipping.

  • Edfa3ly does not guarantee physical or technical condition of any used/refurbished items even if it did not match the seller’s description.

  • Products outer packing may have some handling and shipping sign of wear, in this case, Edfa3ly is not responsible of return/refund.

  • Edfa3ly is not responsible of Products with a voltage incompatible with the domestic voltage and it will not be returned or refunded.

  • In the case of receiving a physically damaged product(s) from the shipping company, the incident should be reported within 2 days starting from the delivery date (including regular and national holidays) to be able to take the proper action, Reporting past this period will not be valid.

  • When receiving your order from the local office, it is recommended to do a regular check on product(s) physical condition and all the components related, Reporting any issue past leaving the office will not be valid.

  • Refunds are ONLY issued using three methods:

    1. Bank or credit card deposit

    2. Online transfer

    3. Post office

    4. Transferring it to another order or your wallet.

  • Credit card refunds can take 5-10 business days to appear on your bank account.

  • In the case of loss or damage of all or part of a shipment, Edfa3ly/Yashry will refund this item in full after 81 days from the issuing date of the invoice.

  • Amounts paid through our POS machine will be refunded online to the same card used while paying.
  • Edfa3ly can't guarantee the quality of the items from Ebay.


Returns from our warehouse at USA:

  • After checking the return availability from the seller side ,We may return the product(s) from our warehouse if they aren’t shipped.

  • Return fees of $15 USD per item will be charged.

  • Additional  fees such as (Restocking fees – drop off fees– shipping fees, etc) will be charged "If applicable".

  • Products shipped from Asian countries are not returnable.

  • All dangerous/hazardous materials (E.g: Flammable liquids, Batteries, etc ) are not returnable.

  • Edfa3ly has the right to cancel or stop the return service from the warehouses during high peak seasons or based on a specific circumstances.


Circumstances beyond Our Control:

  • Edfa3ly/Yashry is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of circumstances beyond Edfa3ly/Yashry control. These include but are not limited to: natural disasters or acts of God, for example fire, earthquake, hurricane, tornado, storm, flood, fog; plane crash or embargo; war, riot, civil commotion or industrial action; epidemics or pandemics; power cuts, communications or other utility disruptions; governmental action or inaction; any defect or characteristic related to the nature of a shipment, even if known to Edfa3ly/Yashry and damage to, or erasure of, electronic or photographic images, data or recordings due to electrical or magnetic interference.

  • We deal with third-party domestic couriers that they are solely responsible for their brands and their employees.


Appointment of Edfa3ly/Yashry as Agent:

  • You appoint Edfa3ly/Yashry to act as your agent to manage all export, import and customs clearance procedures and to ensure customs duties and taxes are paid to the relevant customs and tax authorities.


Elite Terms & Conditions:

  • Usage:

    1. Edfa3ly ELITE is only valid for personal, non-commercial use ONLY.

    2. Elite packages are eligible for all categories and are not tailored for one specific category.

    3. Elite packages that have been used cannot be cancelled due to any category restrictions set due to authority regulations.

  • Auto-renewal: We do not automatically charge you after subscription ends, you will have to renew it manually.

  • Validity: Subscription period is valid since payment date and up to subscription end date.

  • Payment validity: Discounted subscriptions' orders must be paid within the subscription period.

  • Cancellation: Subscriptions are not refundable once purchased unless you didn't benefit from the package (0 discounts acquired) and this within its validity period.

  • Switching packages: If purchased package was used and not a super combo package, you can purchase a new package and old one will remain non-refundable and old discounted orders will not be affected.

  • Switching packages: If purchased package was never used and not a super combo package, you can purchase a new package and package amount will be used to pay for the new one.

  • Switching packages: If purchased package is a super combo package, you can switch to any of sub-packages for as little as 50 EGP as a switching fee.

  • Combination with other promos: ELITE membership packages can not be combined with any other promotions/discount coupons offered on Edfa3ly/Yashry.

  • Plans preferences: Subscription plans are not guaranteed to stay the same, but guaranteed to remain the same during the subscription period, unless any external charges amended by authorities to comply with the regulations of the country. Parallel subscriptions: Only one subscription can be issued per person per account.

  • Expiration: Package expire at the end date of the subscription period or in case of reaching discount limitation and you can purchase a new package right after.

  • Fair usage policy: Some packages of some specific time plans have limited discounts/subtotal (total items' online price) limit per subscription period, hover over each time plan to check it or upon time plan selection.

  • Exclusions: Online service products are always excluded from ELITE discounts.

  • Membership suspension: We own the right to cancel memberships that does not comply with any of the above terms and conditions without the slightest responsibility, with no prior notice.

ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECTED TO CHANGE WITHOUT A PRIOR NOTICE.
