Your account and registration:

Placing your order:

Shipping fees, When and how it is being calculated:
• We charge you for the Actual ( gross ) weight, we round up only by 100 grams, For example: If your order's total weight is 150 grams we will only charge you for 200 grams ( Not a half kilogram or a Kilogram ).
• Only in very exceptional cases, we can charge you for the dimensional weight ( volumetric weight ), Only is the item is too large in size and only if it has to be shipped as a cargo.
• By default, the international shipping fees ( weight fees ) is to be determined and applied when we receive your order to our Egypt office and get it weighed.
• You can choose the Final cost option while making your order ( from the beginning ) which means after you make your order ( mostly within the same day ) we will review it and apply the estimated weight on your order.
• In case you choose the Final cost, the order will not be weighted after receiving it to our US warehouse or our local office.
Shipping, Clearance & Storage:
• Edfa3ly's service level starts from when the shipment arrives at the U.S warehouse, the period before we receive the order(s) to our US ( or the UK ) warehouse depends on the seller, not Edfa3ly.
• The weight mentioned on the seller's site is an approximation and may not be exact.
• If the item(s) is prohibited Edfa3ly will not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay or customs clearance delays, also Refund and Reorder terms and conditions will not be applicable in such case . (E.g.: Weapons).
• Once your order reaches our local office and be ready for delivery, we will store it for you, free of charge, for a period of up to 20 days, after 20 days your order might be deemed abandoned and we may dispose of it in any manner permitted by law.

• When receiving your order from the local office, it is recommended to do a regular check on product(s) physical condition and all the components related, Reporting any issue past leaving the office will not be valid.
• Refunds are to be done through the same payment method you used, For example: if you pay online through your visa card the refund will be to the same card you paid with, If you paid in cash through a runner the refund will be in cash also though runner ( courier ).

Returns from our warehouse at the USA:
• If your order is still at our US warehouse and you request a cancellation, We will check the returned availability from the seller side, We may return the product(s) from our warehouse if they aren't shipped.
• Return fees might be applied ( depends on the seller ).
• Only items from sellers based in the US can be returned ( if the seller approves it ).
Circumstances beyond Our Control:

These include but are not limited to: natural disasters or acts of God, for example fire, earthquake, hurricane, tornado, storm, flood, fog; plane crash or embargo; war, riot, civil commotion or industrial action; epidemics or pandemics; power cuts, communications or other utility disruptions; governmental action or inaction; any defect or characteristic related to the nature of a shipment, or erasure of electronic or photographic images, data or recordings due to electrical or magnetic interference.
